Our class on February 18th, will be a specialty class with practices that target the shoulders, upper back, and neck.
We'll use sticks and small stones (provided for the class) to help focus the movements. As in all Chi practices, the combination of gentle movement, breath, and mental focus will work to bring relaxation to areas where we so often carry tension.
